Packages can be prepared point to point, with e-stop verification and switch setup completed before tooling is mounted.
Proven Field Experience
WEISS has implemented more than 3,000 complete package solutions since 2010.
Long-term Support
Standard robotic positioner packages are backed by a 10-year full replacement positioner warranty.
Robotic Positioner Configurations
WEISS robotic positioners are available in multiple mechanical configurations to support different payloads, spans, tooling concepts, and robot access requirements. Core platform options include trunnions, H-frames, and multi-axis alternatives. Positioner size, capacity, and final configuration are determined by payload, span, load distribution, center of gravity, and application-specific motion requirements.
Trunnions
WEISS trunnion positioners are designed for high-load robot applications and are available in free-standing and tailstock-supported configurations. They support flexible face plate options, position sensing and homing features, and standardized structures that simplify setup and alignment.
H-Frames
WEISS H-frame robotic positioners support multi-sided part handling concepts, giving integrators a compact and highly capable structure for large weldments and applications. Capacities range from lighter multi-sided handling to heavy-duty two-sided configurations for larger spans and payloads.
Multi-Axis Options
For more complex applications, WEISS also supports multi-axis robotic positioner concepts that expand orientation flexibility and improve robot access around the workpiece. These configurations are suited for applications where standard single-axis positioning is not enough.
